Boot camp workouts consist of several different workout stations, where each person rotates from one station to the next, using a variety of equipment like jump ropes, kettle bells, balls and bands. Each station will take you through a different exercise to make sure you get a full body workout. Our boot camps take place on the weekend in downtown Columbia. Days and times can be affected by the weather and number of participants so please contact us to confirm the details.
Times: Saturday – 8am, 9am or 10am Sunday – 10am, 11am or 12pm
